  • BASIC WARRANTY

    Our company guarantees quality of an installed equipment and executed works at a customer’s site. In case of some elements, machinery or units are getting out of order within the whole warranty period, they are replaced as soon as technically possible.

  • EXTENDED WARRANTY

    Warranty period is extended up to 2 years in case of concluding a contract* on a planned maintenance of the equipment during 5 days after its installation.

  • PROMPTNESS

    Response time of the service division to a message is from 1 hour to 1 day. Equipment recovery – not later than the next day after arrival to a customer at a site.

* When concluding a contract on execution of regular after-sales service a job list is carried out, enabling to exert total control over operable condition and correct operation of refrigeration equipment, that consequently helps to avoid holding expensive repair works.
