  • defrost testing (defrost fullness, drain tube heating);

For condensers:

  • frame mount check;

  • impeller mount on the motor shaft reliability check;
  • condenser cleaning.

For checking electrical equipment:

  • current overload protection control, breakdown on weight protection check, motor guard check;
  • current control in each phase and voltage between phases;
  • checking refrigeration control system;
  • checking signal lamps, LEDs and other signal devices;
  • checking tightness of clamp connections.

Refrigeration circuit test:

  • working pressure testing;

Controlled Atmosphere:

For ventilation:

  • external inspection of ventilation equipment, checking fasteners, connections, pulling through;
  • electrical connections, voltage, input power check;
  • grids checking, cleaning (if necessary);
  • impeller cleaning, checking and balancing (if necessary);
  • patameters adjustment and setting up.

For humidifiers:

  • oil level check in high pressure pump;
  • water filters check;
  • water-spray nozzles checking and cleaning;
  • solenoid valve check.
